Green Transition Forum 7.0
One Europe. One Market. For all.
The seventh edition of the Green Transition Forum will take place in Sofia, building on the record-breaking success of GTF 6.0, which brought together more than 7,200 participants and 450 speakers and moderators from 37 countries, supported by 55 media partners and a reach spanning over 1,000 media articles, interviews and features across Europe. Powered by Dir.bg, the largest internet portal in Bulgaria, the Forum has grown into one of Europe's most influential platforms, where political leaders, European institutions, businesses, innovators and partners come together to shape the continent's transformation.
With GTF 7.0, our ambition is to go further still: a bigger, bolder edition that strengthens the GTF network and continues to expand the Forum's reach across the CEE region and beyond.
The 2026 edition launched the Sofia Initiative, a call for a stronger and more complete Single Market, endorsed by more than 40,000 people representing employers' organisations, business associations and bilateral chambers. Under the title "One Europe. One Market. For all." GTF 7.0 will carry this momentum forward, exploring how deeper European integration and structural reform can translate into a genuinely unified market - one that drives competitiveness, accelerates innovation and strengthens economic resilience for businesses and citizens across the continent.
What defines the Forum is its character: a commitment to honest dialogue, forward-looking ideas, and a platform where Central and Eastern Europe is a driving force behind Europe's future success.
