Petr Bratsky
Kinstellar, senior lawyer in the regional TMT sector
Petr Bratský is an attorney and head of the telecommunications, media and technology team in the Czech office of Kinstellar, a leading independent law firm in Central and South Eastern Europe. He specialises in technology law, intellectual property law, media and film law and related legislative advice. He also provides strategic and ad hoc compliance advice on handling personal data.
Since the adoption of the European Parliament’s Resolution on Civil Law Rules on Robotics in 2017, Petr has published analytical pieces and has lectured companies across a variety of sectors on the subsequent preparatory legislative works and on draft EU rules on AI.
Petr is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the Czech Society for the Protection of Personal Data, and the Section for EU Law, International Law and International Relations of the Czech Bar Association.
