Galya Georgieva

Galya Georgieva has been CFO of Eurohold Bulgaria AD since the company’s establishment and is also the company’s Investor Relations Director and Sustainable Development Director. She is directly responsible for the preparation of the company’s public accounts and reports, regulatory and statutory compliance, disclosure and disclosure of financial and inside information, relations with regulators and investors, preparation of prospectuses for the issuance of securities – shares and corporate bonds. She is also Director of Investor Relations.

Galya Georgieva is also responsible for the preparation of the Eurohold Group Sustainability Report, as well as the development and implementation of the Group ESG policies, principles and sustainability strategy.

Galya Georgieva holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Industrial Management from the UNWE and a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the S.A. “D.A. Tsenov”. She has a specialization in Corporate Management from the Open University – London, UK. Currently she is studying for a Master’s degree in “Responsible and Sustainable Management” at the Faculty of Economics, Sofia University. Kliment Ohridski”.
