Alan Herjavec

Mr Alan Herjavec is a senior banker with more than 20 years of experience in banking industry in the fields of corporate finance, structured finance, real estate, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions, and has 15 years of management experience on various management positions.

In 2022, he was appointed Member of the Management Board of HBOR responsible for finance and accounting, analysis of corporate clients, financial institutions and macroeconomic analysis, real estate valuations, investment technical and climate impact analysis and supervision, workout, ICT and operations.

Before joining HBOR, Mr Herjavec worked for several public and private banks and was among others Advisor to the Managing Board and Executive Director at Hrvatska poštanska banka, Member of the Management Board of Jadranska banka, Director of Project Finance and Director of Corporate Restructuring and Workout at Societe Generale – Splitska banka. He started his career path in HVB Bank Croatia part of Bank Austria Creditanstalt Group. During his career he was responsible for leading major projects and transactions including numerous investments in real estate and renewable energy projects, sale of loan portfolios and companies, acquisition and merger of banks.

Mr Herjavec holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of Zagreb.
