Svetoslava Simeonova is a master's-educated engineer by training and a social entrepreneur by calling. She is the co-founder and CEO of Foody — a Bulgarian startup with a cause, fighting food waste. In 2021 she was recognized as Sustainable Lady of the Year, and in 2023 she was included in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Bulgaria ranking in the "Social Entrepreneurship" category.
During the period 2024–2025, Svetoslava represented Bulgaria as a Youth Delegate to the UN, and from 2025 to the present she has been an Ambassador of the European Climate Pact for Bulgaria. Alongside this, she is a doctoral candidate at the Technical University of Sofia in the field of "Artificial Intelligence Management Systems", working on technological solutions with a positive impact on society and the environment.
