Geoff Gottlieb
Senior IMF Regional Representative for Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe
Geoff Gottlieb is the International Monetary Fund’s Senior Regional Representative for the Office for Central, Eastern and Southeastern
Europe, headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.
His previous positions at the IMF include Mission Chief for Mongolia and Myanmar and Senior Economist on China and Greece.
Prior to joining the IMF in 2009, Mr. Gottlieb held positions at Fortress Investment Group, Goldman Sachs, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Brown University and an M.Sc. from University College Dublin.
