Dr. Rumyana Grozeva
Executive Director of ARED-Stara Zagora
Dr. Rumyana Grozeva has a PhD in economics from the Institute for Economic Research of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Her doctorate builds on her master’s degree from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia. She has 7 years of experience in state administration. Since 2008, she has been the Executive Director of ARIR – Stara Zagora. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Industrial Zone Zagore. Since April 2021, he is the coordinating manager of the European Innovation Hub Zagore. She is a teacher at Sofia University and Thrace University.
