Briseida Gjoza

ConsciESG is a US-incorporated and SEE-based ESG Fintech Startup. She has lived in three continents and speaks five languages. In her early career, she developed and implemented SDG-aligned projects for UNESCO World Heritage in Senegal, followed by her leadership and business development roles in multinational corporations with presence in  the SEE region. She co-founded ConsciESG in 2022 with the vision to redefine ESG scoring and to help global investors to deploy capital for sustainable value creation. Under Briseida’s leadership ConsciESG has won the UNDP Boost women innovators award, secured major partnerships with global giants like Morningstar, Dow Jones & Moodys, received its first funding from the EU-backed Fil Rouge Capital and perfected an ESG data and scoring solution for global publicly traded companies that brings consistency and transparency to global fund managers. To fulfill her vision to transform the SEE region into a bastion for sustainability integration rooted in globally tested best practices, ConsciESG is focusing on addressing the most pressing ESG needs of the regional private equity investors, to help them and their companies to stay compliant, maximize their impact & grow their enterprise value sustainably.
