Zornitsa Mitkova is the Managing Director of Teenovator, Bulgaria's national programme connecting teams of students in 10th and 11th grade with experienced mentors to develop entrepreneurial thinking, teamwork, and real-world skills. With a background in public relations, marketing, branding, and event management, she has worked with organisations such as Economedia, bTV, TimeHeroes, and Magazine One, before channelling her experience into building communities and driving social impact through education.
Since joining Teenovator at its inception, Zornitsa has dedicated herself to empowering young people to discover their strengths, turn their passions into projects, and believe that success is achievable regardless of background or circumstance. Under her leadership, the programme has engaged over 1,600 students and 170 mentors across Bulgaria, with each new edition continuing to grow. She is a firm believer in the power of teams, proactive thinking, and giving back to the communities that shape us.
