Witold Strzelecki

Witold Strzelecki is a seasoned EU expert with more than 15 years of experience in EU Affairs, Public Affairs and strategic communication, advising major Polish and global companies – among others – from the energy and transport sectors, as well as managing teams of consultants and executing various advocacy projects at EU level.
Before joining BSP, Witold was a Director in one of the leading international EU consultancies based in Brussels, focusing mostly on the European Green Deal, Fit for 55 package, Green Deal Industrial Plan, EU Industrial Strategy, international trade, and EU funding. Before, he worked at NuclearEurope (formerly known as FORATOM), the Brussels-based trade association representing the European nuclear industry (approx. 3,000 companies from the EU, Switzerland, Ukraine & UK) in discussions with EU institutions.
Witold also worked for the largest Polish energy company PGE on the construction of the first nuclear power plant in Poland, as well as for major global PA/PR agencies (branches in Poland), such as Burson-Marsteller and Havas PR Warsaw with a focus on energy investments.
Witold graduated from the University of Lodz (MA in International Relations) and has a postgraduate degree from the Warsaw School of Economics. He speaks Polish, English and French with some knowledge of German and Russian.
