Vincent van Steensel

Vincent van Steensel is the Mandate Management Director at the European Investment Fund (EIF), an institution of the European Investment Bank (EIB) specializing in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through financing and guarantees. He leads teams managing and implementing EIF mandates, including those related to the Investment Plan for Europe and programs for innovation and sustainable development. In 2017, Vincent van Steensel participated in an EIB workshop in Brussels, showcasing projects financed through the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI). He actively engages in initiatives for financing innovation and sustainable development in Bulgaria, participating in agreements in 2023 to finance SMEs up to EUR 2 billion with Bulgarian banks.
