Velislava Deltcheva

Velislava Delcheva is the Ombudsman of the Republic of Bulgaria. She has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of the rule of law and human rights. The topics she has worked on over the years include work on institutional strengthening, support and capacity building, as well as work in an international environment and with various human rights institutions. She is fluent in English, French and Russian.
