Stanislav Andreev

Stanislav Andreev is the manager of EnEffect-Consult Ltd., a consulting company owned by the Center for Energy Efficiency EnEffect. The company specializes in conducting energy audits of buildings and industrial systems in accordance with the Energy Efficiency Act and offers consulting services in the field of energy efficiency, both in Bulgaria and internationally. Andreev holds a degree in Thermal and Nuclear Power Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia. He has more than 15 years of experience in the development and implementation of energy efficiency projects across the industrial and building sectors. His expertise includes conducting energy audits for industrial systems and a wide range of buildings - commercial, residential, administrative, and industrial - as well as preparing technical analyses and business plans that are essential for securing financing for energy efficiency initiatives. Over the past five years, he has been a frequent lecturer at events and training sessions on topics such as energy auditing methodologies, energy management systems, municipal energy planning, and green public procurement. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous international projects funded under the Horizon 2020, LIFE, and EUKI programs.
