Simeon Kartselyanski

In the last few years, Simeon has been leading the Cyber Center of Information Service AD, which subsequently became the national operational center for cybersecurity of the Republic of Bulgaria. From 2024 to 2026, he served as the National Cyber Security Coordinator and led the preparation and updating of the National Cyber Security Strategy, created and developed the National Cyber Situation Center, coordinated actions and the overall response to cyber crisis threats and hybrid threats, and also proposed levels for assessing the threat of cyber attacks and cyber incidents.
