Prof. Elena Radeva

Elena Radeva has 25+ years of diverse experience, including 11 years in the U.S., related to human resources management, teaching, training, consulting, and project management. Elena teaches management courses, including an Entrepreneurship course, for the Business Administration program at the American University in Bulgaria, mentors the Elevate student entrepreneurship program and the university StartUP club, participates in a family engineering business, and develops a consulting practice.  In addition to her professional commitments, she is also actively involved in numerous NGOs working with children, retirees, and preservation of the Bulgarian cultural heritage.
