Plamen Dimitrov

Plamen Dimitrov was born in Ruse. He is a mechanical engineer, a master in human resources management and a PhD in economics and labor organization. Since 2010 he has been the President of the Confederation of Independent Syndicates in Bulgaria. He is a titular member of the Governing Body of the International Labour Organization (ILO); Chairman of the Human and Trade Union Rights Committee of the International Trade Union Confederation; member of the European Trade Union Confederation and of the European Economic and Social Committee, among others.
