Pavel Naydenov is the CEO of Omega Group, an engineering and consulting company operating in the fields of healthcare, energy efficiency, and digitalization, in partnership with municipalities, hospitals, medical universities, and industry in Bulgaria.

He graduated in engineering in the United Kingdom and began his career at Moog (UK), where he worked on projects related to Formula 1, Aston Martin, and the defense sector, as well as in robotics applications used in defense and healthcare. After returning to Bulgaria, he worked in the defense industry for international markets and later established the “Public Sector” division within the Bulgarian subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, where he implemented some of the first and largest ESCO energy efficiency contracts for municipalities in the country.

In partnership with leading medical universities, Omega Group delivers innovations in medicine and education such as virtual and VR laboratories, pharmaceutical production simulators, and AI-powered virtual patients.

The team also developed Sana — an artificial intelligence system and unified drug registry for doctors and pharmacists, which consolidates complete and up-to-date information on medicines registered in Bulgaria. It includes an AI layer trained on Bulgarian and European clinical and regulatory frameworks, such as treatment guidelines, regulations, and standards, to support medication safety.

Beyond the healthcare sector, Omega Group implements projects in digital education, smart cities, modernization of energy infrastructure, electric vehicle charging networks, and renewable energy.
