Nataliya Efremova is Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Policy of the Republic of Bulgaria. Her professional work focuses on European programmes management, social policy, labour market development, and international cooperation.
She holds Master’s degrees in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and in Economics from the University of Veliko Tarnovo. For more than 15 years, she has worked in the management of European Union-funded programmes.
Before assuming the position of Deputy Minister, Nataliya Efremova coordinated activities related to European funds, international programmes, and projects within the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. Her work is focused on social inclusion, employment, skills development, and the modernisation of social policies.
She actively participates in European initiatives and international forums dedicated to the future of work, social policy, digital transition, and human capital development.
