Nadezhda Bobcheva

Nadezhda Bobcheva holds a Master’s degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), Sofia, and a second Master’s degree in Urban Management from the Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. She has served as Deputy Mayor of the “Oborishte” district in Sofia. Ms. Bobcheva has also worked as a consultant in the development, management, and evaluation of project proposals under various operational programs. Additionally, she has experience as a trainer in the field of “Training and Development” within the framework of the project “Enhanced Awareness and Resources for Employment Development.” Her previous roles also include serving as Director of the Directorate for “Economy and International Programs” at Silistra Municipality.
