Prof. Melodena Stephens is an innovation policy and governance thought leader in frontier technologies like AI. She has vast senior management experience in corporate, academic, and government sector across countries.  Melodena is the founder and executive board member of the Academy of International Business - Middle East North Africa, a teaching and research capacity building organization. She works with entities like IEEE SA, The Council of Europe, World Economic Forum, World Government Summit, Dubai Future Foundation, Meta and does work on capacity building and science literacy for organizations like IEEE, The Digital Economist and Centre for AI & Digital Policy (Washington DC).
