Małgorzata Bugajska is a Swiss-Polish venture capital executive and innovation strategist with deep expertise in digital transformation, ESG, and technology-driven business development. As Managing Partner at Luma Ventures, she oversees new investments and innovation initiatives across the firm’s portfolio, with a particular focus on data science, sustainability, and scalable technologies in Central and Eastern Europe. Before joining Luma Ventures, Bugajska held senior leadership roles at Swisscom, Switzerland’s leading telecommunications provider, where she led Mobile Products & Services and helped enterprise clients improve their digital maturity through innovative mobile and Green-ICT solutions. She also founded and managed the Swisscom Foresight team, which analyzed future technology scenarios affecting telecom, media, and digital ecosystems. Academically, Bugajska has a background that bridges technology, design, and innovation. She earned a PhD from ETH Zurich focused on “Spatial Visualization of Abstract Information,” and has also been affiliated with Swiss universities as a researcher and lecturer.
