Lukasz Kolinski

As of January 2025, Łukasz Koliński is the Director for Green Transition and Energy System Integration. Prior to this role, he served as Head of Unit for Economic Analysis and Financial Instruments in the Directorate-General for Energy. Until March 2018, he was Special Adviser on Energy Union to Mr. Donald Tusk, President of the European Council, and had previously worked with Mr. Herman Van Rompuy, advising on the negotiations of the 2030 climate and energy framework and the EU budget for 2014-2020.
