Kyriakos Mitsotakis has been serving as the Prime Minister of the Hellenic Republic since July 2019, following a decisive electoral victory by his center-right party, New Democracy. He is recognized across Europe as a reform-driven leader focused on economic stability, digital transformation, and sustainable growth amid evolving global challenges. Educated at Harvard University and holding an MBA from Stanford, Mitsotakis combines a strong academic background with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Prior to becoming Prime Minister, he served as Minister of Administrative Reform, where he led major structural changes in Greece’s public administration. Under his leadership, Greece has experienced a steady economic recovery, attracted record-high foreign investment, advanced digital governance, and strengthened its strategic role in regional energy cooperation across the Balkans and Southeastern Europe.
