Krasimir Yakimov

Krasimir Yakimov is a lawyer by training. He earned an LL.M. in International Financial Law from King’s College London, Dickson Poon School of Law. From 2022 to 2023, he served as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Innovation and Growth. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade practising as an attorney, advising and representing both domestic and international firms across a range of commercial matters, with a particular focus on corporate governance and debt and equity financing.
