Konstantin Bojinov

Konstantin Bozhinov is a director with more than 15 years of experience in Eastern Europe - Bulgaria, Russia and Uzbekistan. He has worked in LafargeHolcim group companies (Holcim, ecorec and Geocycle) and as a consultant to Russian cement and waste management companies such as Eurocement, Akkermann, KZPAT, MGS. He has a high level of expertise in waste management, as well as in the active development of a number of start-up enterprises. He has extensive professional experience in project management, logistics, production, marketing, strategy development and business development and risk management. From August 2022, he works in the Heidelberg Materials group as the head of one of the most promising projects related to carbon capture - ANRAV in Bulgaria, aiming to be the first CCUS project in Eastern Europe, helping Devnya Cement to become the first carbon neutral plant in the region.
