Kalina Trifonova

Kalina Trifonova is the Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board at EVN Bulgaria. She joined the company’s management team in February 2007, became a Member of the Management Board in January 2010, and was later appointed as Deputy Chairperson. Her professional experience encompasses legal, corporate, and regulatory affairs, stakeholder management, energy policy, public relations and communications, energy efficiency, renewable energy sources, and ESG practices. In recent years, despite challenges such as the pandemic, supply chain crises, and fluctuations in electricity prices, the EVN Bulgaria team has achieved significant successes under her leadership, including high customer satisfaction, introduction of new services, and sustainable development. Ms. Trifonova holds a Master’s degree in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. She has specialized in “Controlling and Management” at CA Academy, Germany, participated in the “General Management Program” at Boston Business School, USA, and attended the “Leadership Camp” in Kenora, Ontario, Canada.
