Ivo Tsachev

Ivo Tsachev has been serving as the Head of eMobility Solutions at TotalEnergies since December 2021. In this role, he is responsible for developing and managing the company’s products and strategies in the field of electric mobility. Prior to joining TotalEnergies, Tsachev worked at E.ON, where he held the position of Head of eMobility Operations and Strategic Partnerships (Charging as a Service) from January 2018 to December 2021.  With over a decade of experience in the eMobility and cleantech sectors, Tsachev has developed innovative digital products and operational structures that drive business growth. At TotalEnergies, he plays a crucial role in the company’s mission to electrify transportation and achieve net-zero emissions. His responsibilities include: Leading key projects to enhance electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Fostering B2B partnerships to scale eMobility solutions. Navigating the complexities of the renewable energy market. In addition to his primary role, Tsachev is active as a mentor at StartUp Boot Camp and serves on the board of AVERE, the European Association for Electromobility. He holds an engineering degree from the Technical University in Munich. His career history includes founding roles at Remobility and Renergy, as well as leadership positions at juwi AG and Plain Energy Bulgaria.
