Focused on efficient resource distribution and food loss reduction, he is working toward building a transparent, dynamic, and resilient agri-food market in Bulgaria and the wider region. With experience in entrepreneurship, logistics, and sustainable business models, Ivan is actively involved in initiatives that promote agricultural digitalization, circular economy practices, and the shortening of supply chains. His work directly supports key priorities of the European Green Deal, including sustainable food production and equitable access to quality food.
