Hristo Radichev is the Country Manager for Bulgaria at Mediaposte Hit Mail, a marketing agency, part of the French group La Poste. Since 2010, he has been leading the Bulgarian office, focusing on cross-border e-commerce, marketing automation, and digital marketing. Under his leadership, Mediapost Hit Mail has established itself as a reliable partner for online retailers seeking effective international expansion. The company offers comprehensive solutions—from digital campaigns and marketing automation to logistics and customer service—in over 15 countries. It facilitates the internationalization of local companies into new markets through complex marketplace integrations, strategic marketing activities, and localized content. Prior to joining Mediaposte Hit Mail, Radichev worked at GfK Bulgaria, analyzing consumer behavior and promotional activities in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. He then served as Internet Manager at Reader’s Digest, overseeing digital campaigns in five European countries. Hristo Radichev is a frequent speaker at conferences dedicated to global and regional trends, e- commerce, and marketing, like Balkan eCommerce Summit and Mediaposte Trends Watching. He holds degrees in Sociology and International Relations from Sofia University.
