Eleonora Ivanova is a recognized expert in cross-border economic cooperation, with more
than two decades of experience in building sustainable business partnerships between
Bulgaria and Romania.
In 2003, she co-founded the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce (BRCC), one of the
first bilateral business organizations in the region, and served as its Executive Director until
early 2025. Under her leadership, the Chamber became a trusted platform for economic
cooperation, bringing together more than 150 companies from both sides of the Danube.
After stepping down from her role as Executive Director, Eleonora continues to contribute to
the Chamber’s strategic development as Vice-Chair of the Board, focusing on international
projects and partnerships. In parallel, she is the founder and managing partner of Fininfo.bg – a specialized online
platform offering curated, up-to-date information on project funding opportunities and a
network of partners for businesses, NGOs, and the public sector.
Eleonora is an active member of the business community and a co-founder of BNI Prista –
the first BNI chapter outside Sofia – and BNI Multinacional, the first export-oriented chapter
within BNI Bulgaria, dedicated to international business expansion.
She holds a postgraduate diploma in finance from Aberystwyth University, UK and a
specialization from the Institute of Export and International Trade in London. She is
recognized as one of the leading regional experts in business development, international
project management, and cross-border cooperation.
