Elena Brusarska is an Ambassador of the European Climate Pact to the European Commission.She holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and a Master's degree in Brand Management and Advertising. She is the founder of the digital and communication agency HIBRID, with over 12 years of professional experience in public relations and marketing, including serving as a media advisor to one of the Bulgarian Members of the European Parliament.
Elena has 9 years of experience in the environmental sector, with a specialization in waste management, recycling, and separate waste collection. Driven by her desire to make the planet a cleaner and more sustainable place to live, she actively shares green ideas and messages about eco-friendly living both in the public space and through her professional work.
In 2025, she founded the initiative “Green Child,” aimed at informing and educating young students aged 10 to 14 on topics related to environmental protection, climate change, and sustainable living.
Her dedication to sustainable business development and promoting environmental practices has motivated her in recent years to focus on formal certification of her knowledge, which she actively applies in her work. She has earned certificates in “Ecology and Wildlife Conservation” from the University of Leeds, “Business Futures and Sustainability” from RMIT University in Australia, and “Strategies and Sustainability” from IESE Business School in Spain.
