Rumyana Grozeva holds a PhD in Economics from the Institute for Economic Research at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Her doctorate builds upon a Master's degree from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia. She has 7 years of experience in public administration. Since 2008, she has been the Executive Director of ARID (Agency for Regional and Investment Development) - Stara Zagora. Since 2018, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of Zagorе Industrial Zone. Since April 2021, she has been the Coordinating Manager of the European Innovation Hub Zagorе. She is a lecturer at Sofia University and Trakia University.
