Dr. Manijeh Motaghy, PsyD, O.M.C., is an organizational psychologist, mindfulness instructor affiliated with the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and author of It’s Not Easy to Be Human, a compassionate exploration of human potential, fulfillment, and systemic and ecological well-being.
She is the founder of Perfectly Here, a nonprofit organisation dedicated to advancing whole human development and fostering more conscious and sustainable societies.
Among her many recognitions, Dr. Motaghy is listed in Marquis Who’s Who in America. She has spoken internationally at leading sustainability and leadership forums, including Planet Positive 2030 and Initiatives of Change in Geneva, as well as at institutions such as Chapman University, Lesley University, California State University Channel Islands, and California State University Northridge.
Dr. Motaghy is the creator of the Mindful Life Optimization (MLO) methodology and the author of frameworks such as the Circular Anxiety Economy and the Regenerative Integration Management System (RIMS), advancing sustainable, ethical, and regenerative systems design.
