Dominik Jarmer

Dominik Jarmer is Chairman of the Board of Directors of district heating company EVN Toplofikatsia Plovdiv, part of the leading energy group EVN Bulgaria that has 20 years of presence in the Bulgarian energy sector. EVN Toplofikatsia is the second largest district heating company in Bulgaria, the only one with completely replaced and modernized production facilities. Dominic Jarmer's focus has been the transition of classic heat generation technologies to sustainable and low-emission energy solutions, with district heating playing a crucial role in the future of smart cities.     Dominik Jarmer has experience in the district heating company of the Austrian group EVN Wärme GmbH. He started working for EVN Toplofikatsia in Plovdiv in 2021 as Project Manager, later on as Procurator and Advisor to the Board of Directors and currently as Chairman of the Board. He holds a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering and a master's degree in innovation and technology management from the Vienna University of Applied Sciences.
