Dinko Eror is VP EMEA Central, North and Eastern Europe at Red Hat. In his role, he focuses on developing long-term growth strategies and reports directly to Hans Roth, Senior Vice President and General Manager EMEA. Eror has more than 25 years of experience leading global technology companies. He firmly believes that organizations should modernize through digital business solutions and emerging technologies such as cloud, IoT, and AI. As a strategic partner, he has already led several turnarounds and expansions to drive growth and value creation within complex global enterprises.
Prior to his current role, Eror held leadership positions at large, globally operating US companies and served on the boards of German mid-sized companies and start-ups. Notable among these are his positions as CEO of Dell Technologies in Germany, Senior Vice President EMEA for Dell Technologies and Dell EMC respectively, COO of the Matrix Group, and most recently VP EMEA Central Europe at Red Hat.
Strengthening local digital hubs and promoting global trade relations are causes particularly close to his heart. He has supported these goals for many years as a board member of the digital association Bitkom, the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany, and the World Economic Forum in Davos.
