Diana Yordanova is Deputy Chairperson of the Financial Supervision Commission of Bulgaria, heading the “Insurance Supervision” division. She was elected by the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria on 15 May 2025.
She holds a Master’s degree in University Mathematics from the Plovdiv University Paisii Hilendarski and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Control from the Veliko Tarnovo University St. Cyril and St. Methodius.
Her professional work focuses on supervision of the pension insurance sector, development of the insurance market, and regulation of the non-banking financial sector. She actively participates in expert discussions and initiatives related to financial stability and the development of Bulgaria’s financial and insurance markets.
