Daniela Boytcheva is the Managing Director of CTP Bulgaria with over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. Before joining the CTP team in 2022, she spent more than 18 years at Colliers International, where she built and maintained long-term partnerships with companies across various industries. Over the years, Daniela has represented and advised leading international companies such as Metro, DB Schenker, Phoenix Pharma, Roche, Boehringer, Festo, and many others. Her extensive experience and strategic approach make her a key driver in the development of industrial and logistics properties in Bulgaria.
