Blazhka Dimitrova

Blazhka is an author, the founder of Bulgaria’s first zero-waste restaurant “Blagichka,” and co-founder of the association “Zero Waste Bulgaria.” She is a passionate entrepreneur in the fields of education and sustainable living. Over the past 15 years, she has launched the first zero-waste restaurant and catering service in Bulgaria, which now has its own gardens and stands as a symbol of a values-driven business with a strong focus on environmental preservation. She has reached thousands of students across Bulgaria, Europe, and the USA, teaching topics such as zero waste, circular economy, and sustainable business models. Blazhka also consults organizations and businesses, helping them successfully undergo green transformations. Her latest project is focused on rural revitalization.
