Presidential Ambassador - Special Envoy for the Three Seas Initiative and Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund

Beata Daszyńska-Muzyczka is currently a Presidential Ambassador - Special Envoy for the Three Seas Initiative and Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund. She has more than 25 years of experience in banking sector. In her career, between 2016-2024 she has been a President of the Polish State Development Bank (BGK), which initiates and implements programs aimed at sustainable economic development and improving the quality of life in Poland. During her term at BGK, she has prepared and executed a new development bank strategy which mostly focused on increasing the competitiveness of the Polish economy and developing international activities of BGK in Europe and around the world. Daszyńska-Muzyczka is the originator of the initiative “3W - Woda-Wodór-Węgiel” (Water-Hydrogen-Carbon), which aims to connect the world of science and business in the pursue of innovative technologies used in industry, energy and medicine sectors. Furthermore, she is the initiator and creator of the most important financial project in Central and Eastern Europe - Three Seas Investment Fund (3SIIF), which fosters economic cohesion of the EU through financing transport, energy and digital projects. Daszyńska-Muzyczka has also spent 22 years at Bank Zachodni WBK (currently Santander Bank Polska), where she most recently served as the Management Board Member. In 2021, she has been awarded by the President of Estonia Kersti Kaljulaid with the Order of the Cross Terra Mariana for her contribution in building the Three Seas Initiative.
