Adelina Dabu

Adelina Dabu leads national and international advocacy efforts and coordinates the organization’s strategic policy initiatives. As Concordia’s Permanent Delegate to BusinessEurope and liaison with the OECD (BIAC) and the International Organisation of Employers (IOE), she plays a pivotal role in representing the interests of the Romanian business environment on the global stage. With over a decade of experience in stakeholder engagement and political risk, Adelina is a dedicated sustainability expert, EU Climate Pact Ambassador, and World Bank/WEF alumna. Her background spans various sectors, including energy, FMCG, and social affairs, where she focuses on the green transition, circular economy, and the development of digital and green skills.
