Üllar Jaaksoo

Üllar Jaaksoo has more than 25 years of experience in business development and strategic management in the private sector both in Estonia and abroad. Successful experience in managing and advising public institutions. Expert on digital society and digital innovation. He was CEO of Estonian Saving Bank, Ajakirjade Kirjastus, Tele2 Estonia / Baltic and Sportland, among others. Üllar used to be a public adviser at the Office of the President and the Estonian Development Fund. He is the founder of the Digital Nation Group, Board member at Port of Tallinn, Chairman of Estonian Statistics Board, and founder of Greenergy Data Centers. Üllar graduated in finance at the University of Tartu and Economy at London Business School.
