Ivo Rusev

As Chief Commercial Officer, Ivo Rusev is actively involved in the pre-sales and sales processes at Telelink Business Services (TBS), responsible for the company’s relationships with its private and public sector customers. Ivo joined TBS in 2018 after seven years of experience at Microsoft Bulgaria, where he gained significant experience in building the company’s commercial and public sector strategy and organizational leadership. He has also worked as an Integrated Technology Service Manager and Technical Support Sales at IBM.

Ivo focuses on motivating people and establishing a customer-centric, accountability and collaborative culture. He has a distinct interest in managing digital transformation projects and believes in the importance of technical sales in growing the business and increasing customer value.
