Iliyan Terziev
Chairman of the Board of Directors of BCC
Iliyan Terziev was elected in February 2018 and re-elected in November 2022 as the Chairman of the Board of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Board of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (KRIB) in the capacity of representing BCC.
He graduated from the “Hristo Botev” Construction Technical College, Sofia, majoring in “Construction and Architecture”, VNVSU “Gen. Blagoi Ivanov”, master’s program in the specialty “Industrial and Civil Construction” and Military Academy “G.S. Rakovski”.
He started his professional career in the GUSV system. In 1990, he became a co-founder, partner and manager of one of the first Bulgarian private construction companies – “Angelov – Terziev Engineering” Ltd., later renamed “AT Engineering 2000” Ltd.
Engineer Terziev has extensive experience in the field of construction of industrial, residential, public buildings and infrastructure objects.
