Iliya Levkov has a master’s degree in industrial management from UNSS, Sofia. He specialized in Corporate Management in Yokohama, Japan. Mr. Levkov manages the cluster and is responsible for the coordination and interaction between its members. Also develops policies for the development of IKEM. He is also responsible for managing and developing the cluster’s international contacts.
