Antonia Mavrova is Partner in the Sofia office of Kinstellar, a leading independent law firm in Central and South Eastern Europe, and head of the firm-wide Automotive & Industrials sector.
She has over 20 years of experience advising on acquisitions of large portfolios of units and sale and purchase of commercial properties (manufacturing plants, office buildings, shopping centres and hotels).
She has represented a number of automotive suppliers and large industrials on their market entry in Bulgaria thanks to her know-how in structuring state incentives and compliance with local environmental regulations, including on sustainability of the automotive sector.
