Alexander Nikolov

Alexander Nikolov holds Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy. In recent months he was the CEO of an investment company for innovative green energy projects in Bulgaria, part of an international holding company. He has extensive experience in the field of telecommunications, finance, investment and capital markets – as an executive director of a venture capital fund he managed projects to develop fintech solutions and to structure mergers and acquisitions of companies – from the phase of forecast to planning and full implementation.

Alexander Nikolov has red lectures on futures, options and investment management. He has additional qualifications for digital business transformation. Currently he is writing a dissertation thesis in that field. Alexander Nikolov was Deputy Minister of Energy in the caretaker cabinet with Prime Minister Stefan Yanev that took office on 12 May 2021.
