Victor Botev

Victor is the CTO and Co-Founder of Iris.ai. As the head of both the research and development team at Iris.ai, Victor has had to put his unique experience from a combination of AI research, software development, and technology leadership skills to the ultimate test in building and operating an international startup with a very ambitious vision and goal. Under his leadership, Iris.ai has become a world leader in building an award-winning AI engine for scientific text understanding. The algorithms the team developed under his supervision are some of the best in the world. Before founding Iris.ai, Victor worked as a Research Engineer in Artificial Intelligence at Chalmers University of Technology after finishing his second Master's Degree at the same place, in Computer Systems and Networks Engineering. He also has broad experience in corporate software development.
