Sofia Garalieva

Sofia Garalieva is a Youth Ambassador of Green Transition Forum 5.0 and a student of Bulgarian Philology who combines linguistic precision with an active civic stance in support of sustainable development. She believes in the power of community and constructive dialogue as key drivers of meaningful change in contemporary societies. With experience in organizing and facilitating youth teams and volunteer initiatives, Sofia is dedicated to advancing social engagement, sustainable policymaking, and fostering entrepreneurial skills among young people. Her work focuses on scaling up best practices, building local partnerships, and creating opportunities for youth participation in public debates around the green transition, economic transformation, and new models of sustainable business. As an ambassador of the Forum, Sofia is driven by the ambition to serve as a link between generations – between visionary policies and tangible, on-the-ground action – with a focus on building more resilient, inclusive, and competitive economies across Central and Eastern Europe.
