Raycho Raychev

Raycho Raychev is a Bulgarian entrepreneur and visionary in the field of space technologies. He is the founder and CEO of EnduroSat, a company that develops and manufactures nanosatellites and provides space services to innovators, researchers, and scientists worldwide.  His educational background includes a Master’s degree in Space Management from the International Space University (ISU), as well as participation in innovation and growth programs at Stanford University and Harvard University.  In 2010, Raychev founded the Space Challenges Program, the largest educational program in Europe in the field of space science and engineering, aiming to prepare a new generation of specialists in the space sector.  Under his leadership, EnduroSat has launched multiple missions, including Bulgaria’s first CubeSat – EnduroSat One, and shared satellite missions such as SPARTAN and TAIFA-1.  In 2023, Raychev was honored with the “Man of the Year” award in Bulgaria, and in 2024, he was recognized as “CEO of the Year” by Forbes.
