Rafał Brzoska is the CEO and founder of Integer.pl, the parent company of InPost, Europe’s leading out-of-home parcel delivery platform. With a passion for innovation and a sharp business acumen, he developed the groundbreaking Paczkomat® network – automated parcel lockers that have reshaped the delivery experience across Europe. Brzoska is recognised as a transformative figure in digital logistics. Under his leadership, InPost grew from a local startup to an international logistics powerhouse. In 2021, he spearheaded one of the largest IPOs by a Polish company abroad, listing InPost on Euronext Amsterdam. The company now operates across multiple European countries including France, the UK, Italy, and Spain.
